Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the age and legal capacity requirements shown in the service, provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and be responsible for activity under your account. Verification status must not be misrepresented. The new-account 18+ rule took effect on 10 October 2026 at 19:48 Cairo time (16:48 UTC). For accounts created after this policy takes effect, you must be at least 18 to complete account setup. Your date of birth must be accurate. Some activities and trips may have higher minimum ages. If your account already exists when the new 18+ rule takes effect, that rule does not apply to your account, even if you have not finished setting it up. This change does not restrict or delete your existing account, rewrite its history or require a new age declaration. Existing account conditions and the requirements for each activity or trip still apply. Eligibility uses the current date in Cairo. For a 29 February birth, the eighteenth anniversary is treated as 28 February in a non-leap year.
