How do I join an activity?
Open the activity in the app, review the time, place, practical details and organiser information, then choose Join or Book depending on the experience.
Do I need a paid membership?
LAMMA includes core discovery, Circles and free participation options. LAMMA Plus, paid experiences and travel are clear optional choices, with details shown in the app.
How does verification work?
The app guides you through the required steps. Your relevant trust level appears on your profile after completion.
Can I cancel my participation?
You can manage participation in the app. Paid experiences show their cancellation and refund terms before booking.
How do I report a concern?
Use Report or Block inside the app, or contact support@lamma-app.com for additional help. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
How do I organise an activity?
Go to the Organise page and describe your activity idea and experience. The form prepares an email draft; send it from your email app so LAMMA can review it.
How will LAMMA trips work?
Each live trip will show the itinerary, organiser, group context, what is included and the relevant booking terms before you confirm.
