Follow this path in the app and complete the identity check:
You → Looking after you → Privacy → Close your account → Close my account → identity check

Delete your Lamma account
You can permanently delete your account from inside the Lamma app. Identity reauthentication is required to complete the process.

Contact support@lamma-app.com. A person on the Lamma team will review your request and reply with the appropriate next step. Sending an email does not automatically delete your account.
What happens to your data?
Account and member data is removed through Lamma’s deletion process. Limited records may be retained where genuinely required for safety, legal, financial, fraud-prevention, dispute or compliance purposes.
The specific technical record-retention periods are:
- Hosting/platform logs: approximately 7 days.
- Email-provider records: up to 30 days.
- Database backups: up to 8 days.
Apple-linked accounts
For Apple-linked accounts, Apple identity reauthentication cannot be completed from the Android app. Use the appropriate supported route for your account, or contact support@lamma-app.com for the next step.
